We offer repairs for broken bones, bent bones, missing parts, and handle repairs and replacements.

*We do not repair umbrellas made by other companies.
It is possible to replace handlebars made by other manufacturers. Please see here

Approximately 2 to 3 weeks
(Excluding weekends, holidays, New Year's holidays, summer and winter holidays)
Repair costs
We will provide you with a quote after inspecting the umbrella.
▼Bent bone/fracture repair... 1,650 yen to 3,300 yen
▼Damaged/lost parts... ... From 550 yen
▼Handle bar replacement... 2,200 yen and up
*There is no charge for removing the handle. You only need to pay for the handle.

We will provide you with a quote after checking the condition of the umbrella.
We will contact you by email in about a week after receiving your item .
After payment, we will proceed with the repair.
[Notes regarding shipping]
●If the broken bone comes into contact with the fabric, it may tear, so please cover the broken bone with paper or tape.
●For folding umbrellas, please remove the screw-type handle and send only the umbrella body.
●Please remove the umbrella from the included umbrella bag and send only the umbrella itself.
