"Orne de Feuille" means "surrounded by greenery" and "decoration" in French. The store was started in Aoyama, Tokyo in 2004 by owner Taku Tani, who wanted to sell miscellaneous goods that are not often seen in Japan.

The concept of the Fudomae store is a friendly, upbeat space that feels like visiting a friend's home.
